Outlook For Mac Message Have Huge Text

I have an issue with Outlook 2011 and Exchange Online. Occasionally when sending a message it fails to send.

Instead of being sent, it lands up in my drafts folder. I know there is nothing wrong with the email message itself, because if I go to my drafts folder, open it again, and hit send, it usually sends just fine. There apparently is a patch that is required on the CAS/HUB servers on BPOS that may not be applied accross the board.
