Flash Player For Mac Os X El Capitan 10.11.6

Ever since latest El Capitan 10.11.6 update on 01 September, I cannot play any games. I just get a message saying that I need Flash. I have downloaded Adobe Flash but still getting the message.

Find the newest one (25) and delete the others. Also see if perhaps the Flash Player plug-in is listed in the 'Disabled Plug-ins' folder.
