Hi I have recently purchased Microsoft Office for Mac and set up Outlook, I can receive emails but not send them, I have never been able to send in Outlook. Mail works fine and I have had to open Mail to send emails. I am using a Telstra email. I have continually received the 3253 message.

I have run some tests in the same version but couldn’t reproduce the same error as you. Then I have done some research and found that this issue may be related to the large storage of your sent items folder. Therefore, please try moving some of the old emails in the Sent items folder to a new folder and check if it helps.
